Last week, our Carolinas team (WB East) gathered in downtown Asheville for our Annual Meeting, and it was two days well spent.

We dug into best safety practices, shared hard-earned lessons learned, and recognized some truly outstanding accomplishments across our teams. More importantly, we talked honestly about growth and how to pursue it without sacrificing the workplace culture that makes Wright Brothers an amazing place to work.

The event kicked off the night before with a dinner and a meaningful message from Chuck Evans, who shared his story of courage and the importance of leadership, safety, and personal triumph. His unique perspective gave everyone a lot to think about and take back to their teams.

We are extraordinarily proud of this team, grateful for the people in the room, and reminded why this work and these relationships matter.
