At Wright Brothers, safety is more than a priority—it’s a core value. This year, we gathered for our Annual Safety Meeting Banquet at the historic Fillauer Estate in Cleveland, TN, marking an important milestone for our company.

With our tremendous growth over the past several years, we’ve expanded our approach to these meetings. Instead of hosting just one large gathering, we are now holding multiple annual safety meetings tailored to specific divisions, ensuring that teams receive more relevant and location-specific updates.

The first safety meeting of the year focused on our Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia construction projects. We brought together all management teams from these regions for a full day of discussions centered on safety excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement. The event kicked off with a banquet recognizing outstanding safety achievements, as well as honoring two standout projects from the past year.

Specialty Project of the Year:
Rock Mitigation Project – I-24, Marion County, TN
This project exemplified precision, risk management, and innovative engineering to ensure the safety and stability of a crucial transportation corridor.

Large Project of the Year:
McKee Plant Expansion – Collegedale, TN
A testament to our expertise in large-scale site and industrial work, this project showcased our ability to deliver excellence in a complex, high-stakes environment.
