At Wright Brothers, we’re not just building projects. We’re building people, too.

This week, we’re celebrating four employees who have reached an important milestone: 90 days with Wright Brothers and the completion of our onboarding process.

HR Specialist Callie Thornton helped recognize Jonas West, while Kyle Griffith received his 90-Day Box on the jobsite in Sparta, Tennessee. We’re also celebrating Chase Burt and Joshua McDonald, both working with our team in Blountville, Tennessee.

Each received a box filled with Wright Brothers gear and a certificate recognizing the milestone, but 90 days represents much more than that. It’s the beginning of what we hope will be a long career with Wright Brothers.

Some of the most experienced leaders in our company started out learning the work, proving themselves and taking on greater responsibilities along the way. We want today’s new employees to have those same opportunities to learn, grow and build a future here.
