Building in a tight, active site takes coordination, and plenty of it. On the HCA Parkridge Hospital Expansion, Wright Brothers worked hand-in-hand with GC Brasfield & Gorrie and the project’s design team to solve challenges in the field, coordinate around other trades, and keep the project moving forward.
With multiple trades working within a tight site, careful planning was especially important. When it came time to pave, Wright Brothers proposed completing the operation at night, freeing the site for other trades to continue their work during the day without disrupting their progress or productivity. The approach proved successful and helped the overall project maintain momentum.
Our team also worked alongside Brasfield & Gorrie to support other needs on the project, including curbs, the oxygen tank pad, and additional concrete work. Wright Brothers management remained actively involved in coordination throughout construction, participating in discussions with the design and project teams to address challenges as they arose.
The HCA Parkridge Hospital Expansion is a great example of what can be accomplished when contractors, designers, and project partners communicate well and work toward a common goal. We’re proud of the role our team played and of the strong partnership that helped bring this project together.
