Chairman of the Board Steve Wright recently received his 45-Year Service Certificate, presented by his sister and our Chief People Officer, Penny Ragland.

Over the past four and a half decades, Steve has served Wright Brothers in many roles, including Project Manager, Vice President, CEO, and now Chairman of the Board. Throughout that time, he has helped guide the company through tremendous growth while never losing sight of what matters most: our people.

Steve has long championed initiatives that strengthen our company culture, improve safety performance, expand training opportunities, and enhance benefits for employees and their families.
