I-24/I-75 Interchanges Design-Build Phase II Project

April 27, 2026
We were honored to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by myTDOT for the I-24/I-75 Interchanges Design-Build Phase II Project, marking the official opening of this critical national infrastructure project in Hamilton County.
Wright Brothers was proud to join TDOT Commissioner Will Reid, our partners at RK&K and Neel-Schaffer, Inc. ., along with the many state and local officials who made this project a reality. Among those representing our team were Mitchell Simpson, Ian Manning, Tony Boals, and Brian Charlesworth.
With the now-completed, $328 million, seven-year project serving as a backdrop, officials celebrated the opening of the reconstructed interchange with a ceremony Friday morning atop the Belvoir Avenue bridge. This project was the state’s first major use of the design-build delivery method, combining elements of design and construction into a single contract. All lanes and ramps were opened to traffic in March.
