Through a design-build partnership between SCDOT, Wright Brothers, Neel-Schaffer, Inc., and the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism, this project delivered South Carolina’s first Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) bridge built with precast end bents.

Our team , with crews led by Shaun Ryder and Brian Sellers, helped restore a vital link over the Middle Saluda River connecting the park’s main lot, office, and learning center. The girders for the proejct were fabricated by Augusta Iron & Steel Works and crane support from Crane & Rigging Corporation.
