Wright Brothers employees Josh McNeely, Mike Obar, John McIntosh, Chris Smith, Parker Davis, and Ricky Dalton recently spent a week at Caterpillar's Tinaja Hills Learning and Demonstration Center in Green Valley, Arizona. The crew attended the Paving Operations Training Class, learning about the latest equipment and techniques, as well as honing their leadership skills.
