Koby “Ty” Willis (right) recently received his 90 Day Box, presented by the man who referred him to Wright Brothers and his friend, Marcus Harrell. The 90 Day Box marks the completion of a new employee’s onboarding journey and recognizes their commitment to becoming part of the team.

In just a short time, Ty has already worked on three different jobs and proven himself to be a valuable asset in the field. He started out as a laborer, but he didn’t stay there long. Today he’s operating trucks and rollers, and he’s also helping with welding and pipe work. That kind of versatility only comes from someone who shows up ready to work and ready to learn.

It’s good to see young people who are still willing to roll up their sleeves, work hard, and take pride in what they do. Ty is a great example of the kind of team member we’re proud to have at Wright Brothers.
