Last week, Wright Brothers’ Loudon industrial construction crews celebrated an amazing accomplishment: five straight quarters with zero recordable incidents. Wright Brothers fed over 150 people, including our own crews and trade partners, all working through a shutdown for one of our industrial clients. Different companies, different scopes, but one shared expectation: everyone goes home the same way they showed up.

Under OSHA standards, a recordable injury is one that goes beyond basic first aid. It requires medical treatment, restricted duty, or time away from the job the kind of incident that changes someone’s day… or worse. Five quarters without one doesn’t happen by accident. It takes planning, discipline, and people looking out for each other.
