Before the day’s work begins, the crew gathers for a moment of prayer, led by Chaplain Jeff Spry. Wright Brothers is a Christian owned business, and we believe having a chaplain on every jobsite is part of our commitment to supporting the whole person—not just the worker. Our chaplains offer a space for faith, but also serve as a steady presence for employees dealing with the everyday stresses of life, to walk with our team members through life’s stresses, challenges, and personal battles.
