After more than four decades at Wright Brothers, we gathered to honor the retirement of Jean Grayson, who has shaped this company just as much as any project we’ve ever built.

Jean Grayson has been many things here: our EEO Officer, Benefits Coordinator, payroll coordinator, problem-solver, steady hand, truth-teller, and the closest thing many of us have had to a “work mom.” She has worn more hats than we can count, sometimes all at once, and she made every job look easy.

Her caring nature, her dedication, and her ability to look after everyone else while getting the work done is the kind of legacy people remember. Jean, thank you for making this a better place to work and for setting a standard that can never be matched. We will miss you more than you know!
