There's some amazing progress happening at The Bend! We're incredibly proud of the work we've done as part of the team transforming a 120-acre former industrial site, located in downtown Chattanooga along the Tennessee River, into a stunning, mixed use development complete with office, retail, residential, recreation, and green spaces . Utility work is in full swing on the North Phase of infrastructure—with a solid plan to wrap things up this spring.
