Throwing it back to a cold February day in the mountains of Boone, NC, where crews were hard at work placing the bridge deck on our NC 105 Bridge Replacement Project.

Bridge deck pours are always a team effort, but when you add steep terrain, limited work space, and mountain weather into the mix, the challenge reaches another level. From the finish machine operators to the crews on the deck, every hand played a role in delivering a quality product safely and efficiently.

Projects like this are a reminder that some of the best views in construction come with some of the toughest conditions.
