Our Training & Development team recently visited Caterpillar HQ in Peoria, IL to explore the latest CAT Simulators and tour the Engineering & Technology Center and manufacturing facilities. Simulators are an important part of our strategy, helping us strengthen the skills of current crews, advance our PIE Innovation Center CREW construction program, and support recruiting and education efforts across our communities.

This visit also aligned with a milestone year for Caterpillar, as the company celebrates its 100th anniversary, and it reinforced our commitment to thought leadership in workforce development and training innovation.
