Continuing this month’s focus on safety in the field, we’re proud to recognize our Alabama and Georgia crews for their outstanding commitment to safety culture.

These crews celebrated an incredible milestone: FIVE consecutive years with ZERO recordable incidents across the region. It was an amazing afternoon of food and festivities, held onsite at our Alabama Department of Transportation I-65 Widening project in Calera, Alabama, alongside our partners on this project, Dunn Construction .

That achievement represents far more than a number. It reflects thousands of hours of work performed by crews who understand that safety is a responsibility shared by everyone on the jobsite. In an industry where crews work around live traffic, heavy equipment, structures, excavation, and constantly changing conditions, maintaining this level of performance for five straight years is an extraordinary accomplishment.

Crews enjoyed catered BBQ, Wright Brothers SWAG, and door prizes as we celebrated the people who make that culture possible every day through communication, accountability, preparation, and teamwork.
