With an active hospital and emergency room operating just beyond the construction fence, paving had to take place at night to minimize disruption and maintain access to the medical center.

Superintendent Josh McNeely, Foreman Mike O’Barr and their crew coordinated the nighttime operation for general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, delivering quality work in a setting where careful planning matters.
