As we close out Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to recognize two women whose work keeps our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Becca Wolfe and Mary Barham play a critical role in the day-to-day administration of our shop. From coordinating fleet records to tracking maintenance schedules and ensuring equipment stays DOT compliant, their work helps keep Wright Brothers’ trucks, machines, and crews ready for the road and the jobsite.

In construction, the spotlight often lands on the field crews and heavy iron, but none of it moves without the organization and attention to detail happening back in the shop. Becca and Mary make sure our fleet stays safe, maintained, and properly documented so our teams can focus on building.

It’s work that requires precision, persistence, and a sharp eye for detail. Thankfully, these two have it in spades.
