Women In Construction Part 3

Women In Construction Part 3

March 3, 2026
We're kicking off Women in Construction Week by recognizing three women who help shape the future of our workforce long before boots hit the jobsite: Onboarding Specialist Kelaiah Evans, Hanna Roy and Corporate Recruiting Specialist Karyn Farnham.
Recruiting isn’t just posting a job and hoping for the best. It’s shaking hands at career fairs, building relationships with schools and industry partners, reviewing resumes late in the day, making the hard calls, and spotting potential that doesn’t always show up on paper. It’s finding people who don’t just need a job, but who belong here.
Kelaiah, Hanna, and Karyn are often the first impression of our company. They represent our culture, our expectations, and our standards. They’re the ones who answer the questions about growth, training, benefits, and opportunity. They help candidates understand what it really means to be a Wright Brothers employee.
These ladies are masters at coordinating onboarding to making sure new team members feel welcomed, equipped, and informed, they play a critical role in setting the tone for long-term success. Strong starts lead to strong teams.
Women in Construction Week is about celebrating the women who build. Sometimes that’s in the field. Sometimes it’s in the office. Sometimes it’s at a folding table at a career fair, planting seeds for the next generation of builders. Thank you, Kelaiah, Hanna, and Karyn for building the future of our company one hire at a time.
